Born from the podcast '50 and Coping?' on YouTube, we are dedicated to providing support and fostering a sense of belonging. Our motto 'community fights loneliness' embodies our core belief. 

Join us every Wednesday at 12:00 to 1:30pm & 5pm to 6:30pm and Friday at 12:00 to 1:30pm at the Ashlea Room Roydon Road Stanstead Abbotts.

December 22nd meet at 10:15 at the Maltings Stanstead Abbotts Car park SG12 8HG and we will finish at the Red Lion Pub just down the road.
